This policy explains how Rafi Frames & Picture Framing Supplies ("Rafi Frames", "we") handles information when you use dubaiframes.com or contact our shop in Karama Shopping Complex, Dubai.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote form, your name, mobile number, email (optional), item type, size and notes are turned into a message that you send to us yourself on WhatsApp. The website does not store the form on a server.
- Messages and calls. If you WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, including photos of items to be framed.
- Analytics. If you accept analytics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. If you decline, it does not load.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, complete and deliver your order, and improve the website. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our communications and website (WhatsApp/Meta, Google for email, Cloudflare for hosting), and a delivery driver when you book pick and drop-off. Each receives only what is needed.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order details are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet UAE record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
