These terms apply to quotes, orders and services from Rafi Frames & Picture Framing Supplies, Karama Shopping Complex, Dubai, and to use of dubaiframes.com.
Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the size, materials and details you give us and is confirmed once we have seen the item or agreed the final specification. Prices are in UAE dirhams.
Orders
Work begins once you approve the final specification. Measurements supplied by you are used as given. We will tell you the expected collection or delivery date when you place the order.
Your items
We take reasonable care of items left with us for framing. Please tell us in advance about anything of high value, fragile or irreplaceable so we can agree how it will be handled.
Collection and delivery
Finished orders can be collected from the shop during opening hours (9:30 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days) or delivered through our pick and drop-off service where agreed.
Custom work
Frames, glass, mirror and mounts cut to your size are made to order. If there is a fault in our workmanship or materials, contact us and we will put it right.
